These nucleotide bear alkyne linked to pyrimidine through long flexible linkers, and were previously designed in Michal Hocek group at IOCB (https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.orglett.8b01533). The PEG-alkyne-dUTP contains a hydrophilic linker.
